Terms of Service  

  What I do  
I rig VTuber models. This means that, for commissioning me, you need to send me a file with your model properly layered in PSD format.· My work is sent in .moc3 format, configured and ready to use on VTubeStudio.· I don't send the editable .cmo3 file.· You have 2 weeks after delivery to test the model and ask for small changes.· Take into account that you need to be +18 years old in order to hire me, and that I won't be working on models made by minors, even if the client is an adult.

  Payment and refunds  
· When reserving a slot, you need to pay 5% of the commission to get it. This will be discounted from the final price. You don't need to pay anything more until I start working.· The payment will be done before starting, but it can be separated in 2 payments (half before starting the commission and half before delivering the product) in large commissions.· I don't do refunds in any case, unless something happens to me and I'm not able to work on your model.· Take into account that in any payment you do to me, you may pay the fees of the platform you use, such as PayPal, Stripe or Ko-Fi.Besides, you can pay 50% extra as a rush fee, which means I will be immediately starting to work on your model.

  Digital products  
· I only sell digital products. Nothing physical will be shipped to you.· You are not allowed to re-sell any of my products. However, you may modify the files I send to you however you want.· Furthermore, I will be uploading a showcase of your model to my social media as a marketing video, where you will be credited as the model owner. This will always be done after you have revealed the model yourself.

  Credits  
· If you use any of my products, I kindly ask for credits. This must be done in your main social media profiles, such as X bio and Twitch panels, or YouTube videos descriptions if that's your main publishing site.However, you may pay extra to avoid this.
